Privacy policy (protection of personal data)

As İLİKSOFT YAZILIM SANAYİ TİCARET A.Ş. ("ILIKSOFT" or the "Data Controller"), we respect the privacy of all our customers (the LICENSEE) who use the OptiFormula 6.0 software and related services, and of their end users, and we take the measures required by law to protect their data. This Policy explains the types of data collected while the Software is used, the purposes for which they are used, and your rights.

1. TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED AND COLLECTION METHODS

1.1. License and Corporate Data (Collected Automatically)

• License Identification Data: License key, software version, installation date and license term.
• Technical Usage Metrics: Times the Software is opened and closed, error reports (crash logs), modules used and performance data.
• Device Data: Operating system version and hardware ID of the device on which the Software is installed.
• IP Address: The temporary IP address of the device connecting to our servers during license validation.

1.2. Customer (End User) Personal Data (Collected Manually)

• Contact Data: The first name, last name, corporate email address and telephone number of the person named by the CUSTOMER for support, billing or technical communication.
• Support Data: Screenshots, log files or data samples provided with a support request that may be needed to resolve the issue.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The data collected are processed for the following purposes, in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK):

3. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

ILIKSOFT does not sell, rent or disclose the CUSTOMER's data (including personal data) to third parties without the CUSTOMER's explicit consent, except in the following cases:

• Legal Requirement: Where required by law, a court order or a public authority acting within its legal powers.
• Support Services: To business partners in Turkey or abroad that provide technical support, hosting or infrastructure services (safeguarded by a Data Processing Agreement).

4. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION

• Limited Access: Access to Customer data is limited to ILIKSOFT employees who need it for business purposes and within the scope of their duties.
• Retention Period: Data are kept for as long as the Software License Agreement remains in force and for the periods required by applicable law. At the end of that period they are deleted on our own initiative or at your request.

5. ILIKSOFT'S ROLE AS DATA CONTROLLER

• ILIKSOFT's Role: Under the KVKK, ILIKSOFT is the Data Controller for the technical and license data it collects in connection with the operation and management of the Software.
• The CUSTOMER's Role: The CUSTOMER is the Data Controller for all data it enters into its own database while using the Software (employee, stock, customer information and so on). For those data ILIKSOFT acts only as a Data Processor.

6. RIGHTS OF THE LICENSEE (KVKK ARTICLE 11)

The LICENSEE may exercise the rights set out in Article 11 of the KVKK by applying to ILIKSOFT through its authorized representatives. These include the right to:

• Learn whether personal data are being processed and request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in line with that purpose.
• Know the third parties to whom the data are transferred.
• Request correction of data that have been processed incorrectly.
• Request deletion or destruction of the data.
